Governor Scott, this is my request that you Veto HB 1355. This Bill is an end run around the 2nd Amendment rights of every Law Bidding American residing in the State of Florida. Anyone may need to seek help with life issues including you and your family. Using the Mental Health System as a means to deny rights guaranteed under the constitution is in fact creating a Psychiatric Police State. It is happening in Florida as I write this post. Thank you!
