Project Amendment 28 is the logical blow back to the attacks upon the 2nd Amendment by the Obama Regime.  Millions of Americans are committed to die before they give up their guns.  This Amendment would end the Obama regime's effort to cause a bloody revolution in America.  This is planned to justify the implimentation of full Marshall Law, forceful confiscation followed by a genocide!
